Jessica Kelly Siobhan Ryan Bio
Jessica Kelly Siobhan Reilly is an English actress. She received a Laurence Olivier Award for her performance in After Miss Julie at the Donmar Warehouse (2003--2004). Her film and TV credits include Eden Lake (2008), Sherlock Holmes (2009), and Yellowstone. Reilly was the daughter of Jack Kelly (retired police officer) and Chessington's mother, a hospital receptionist. She was a student at Tolworth Girls' School in Kingston where drama was her GCSE subject. Her grandparents are Irish. Reilly wrote to the producers of the TV show Prime Suspect to ask for work, and six months later she auditioned for part in an episode of Prime Suspect 4: Inner Circle which was aired on ITV on the 7th of May, 1995. In 1996, she appeared in an episode of Carlton UK Television period drama series "Bramwell" portraying an unhappy, young wife, Kathleen Le Saux. Six years later, she appeared as Helen Mirren in the film Last Orders.Her first professional role was followed by a string of roles that were performed on the English stage. She was part of four stage productions in which she was a part of Terry Johnson: Elton John's Glasses (1997), The London Cuckolds (1998), The Graduate (2000), and Piano/Forte (2006). Johnson composed Piano/Forte and also stated she was a fan of Kelly. Reilly said that Karel Reisz was the person who taught her how to act best. He was her director in The Yalta Game, Dublin 2001. She claimed that she learned from Reilly as a teacher. There's no way that I could have had the chance to be able to portray Miss Julie if I hadn't been able to perform that show."
